Service and Commercial Publication Policy

1. Purpose

This policy governs paid features, launcher and server access, mod/plugin publication, support, moderation and digital benefits. Essential purchase terms must be visible before payment: name, price, duration, limits, activation, compatibility, refund terms and support contacts.

2. Payment and receipts

Where payment is accepted by the self-employed owner, receipt handling follows the Russian self-employed tax workflow. FT API stores only minimal payment data required for activation, support, refunds, anti-fraud and accounting. Full card data must not be stored by FT API when an external provider processes payment.

3. Artifact publication

Files are untrusted until uploaded, scanned, reviewed, approved and published. Checks may include extension, size, MIME type, SHA-256, manifest, antivirus, YARA/commercial scanner, license, dependencies and network behavior.

4. Refunds and disputes

Payment and refund requests are sent to ft.futuretechcorp@gmail.com, fta4dmin2@yandex.ru. The operator reviews payment fact, activation status, logs, usage period, purchase conditions, ability to deactivate the feature and abuse indicators.
